I'm often asked for product recommendations. I will admit it is an ever evolving process as new products pop up all the time! Nonetheless, here are a few of my favorites:
Kefir - If you are dairy intolerant, but want a way to get probiotics through food, then I recommend CocoKefir. I LOVE their CocoYo™. Coconut Oil - Before you buy, make sure the coconut oil is COLD PRESSED and has not been processed in any way. Coconut oil should be solid at room temperature, so avoid any that are liquid as they have been further processed. I like Dr Bronner's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.
Books - For an eye-opening read on the effects that wheat and gluten have on your body, read "Wheat Belly" by Dr William Davis. I also love "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon. It's packed with lots of recipes and great nutrition information.
